Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

Subscription management is provided through Clerk Billing, with payment processing performed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your complete credit card information.

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription options. Both plans automatically renew at their selected billing interval unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the purchase, the terms presented at checkout, and applicable law. Clerk Billing does not issue refunds directly. When a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe and UrBuddy reconciles the corresponding subscription access after the payment provider confirms the result.

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by or licensed to UrBuddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: For portions of the Services not made available under a separate license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Software components made available under an open-source license are governed by that license. These Terms do not replace or limit rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to UrBuddy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting or notification.

Your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
